Built because we got burned by it too.
SMSReady exists because A2P 10DLC compliance is genuinely hard to get right — and the cost of getting it wrong is invisible until it's already costing you money.
How this started
GoHighLevel is the dominant CRM for home service businesses for a reason. The missed call text back alone converts more leads than most paid follow-up sequences. Appointment reminders reduce no-shows. Review request automations fill up Google Business Profiles. The platform works — when SMS actually sends.
The problem is that most home service businesses set up GHL, activate the workflows, and have no idea their texts aren't delivering. There's no error. The CRM shows messages as sent. But carriers silently reject them because A2P 10DLC registration is incomplete or was rejected for a correctable reason.
The requirements aren't complicated once you know what they are: a real website with business information, a compliant opt-in form with specific disclosure language, and privacy policy and SMS terms pages linked from that form. But most businesses using GHL don't have these things set up correctly — and the documentation from carriers and GHL itself is scattered and technical enough that getting it wrong is easy.
We built SMSReady to handle this as a system rather than a one-off task. Instead of every agency and every business owner spending hours researching requirements and building compliance infrastructure from scratch, we deploy it in 30 minutes using a repeatable, carrier-reviewed setup. The $197 one-time fee is the cost of doing it right without spending a day figuring it out.
We're a small team. We're not trying to become a platform — we're focused on one specific problem that costs home service businesses real revenue every day it goes unresolved.
An infrastructure service, not a SaaS platform
SMSReady is not a CRM replacement. We don't touch your marketing strategy, your GHL campaigns, or your lead generation. We handle one narrow, technical problem: getting your A2P SMS compliance infrastructure built correctly so your existing GHL setup can actually deliver messages.
We're US-only by design. A2P 10DLC is a US carrier requirement. We've built our system around the home service trades operating in the United States and the GHL agencies serving them.
When you pay $197, you're getting a compliant website deployed, an opt-in form installed in your GHL account, and a submission checklist that gives you everything you need to complete your A2P registration. That's it. No upsells, no monthly fees, no ongoing relationship required.
